• Personal data protection law

Since the GDPR came into force, business owners have been paying more attention to the protection of personal data, mainly in fear of high financial penalties. Penalties are one side of the coin, but, first of all, the GDPR should be seen as an opportunity to sort out the issues related to data security in the company. Due to a great deal of information concerning the GDPR requirements, which is often contradictory, business owners often seem to be lost. Therefore, we provide services aimed at implementation of the GDPR regulations in a manner tailored to individual needs and the size of the business activity.

Our services are also addressed to natural persons whose rights have been violated under the personal data protection law (private enforcement) e.g. in the recruitment process (background screening) or in connection with offering of services.
