We handle employee matters in an effective way, which is proved, among others, by long-term and continuous support offered to foreign companies from the pharmaceutical industry, as well as by the trust placed in us by individual clients.   • handling cases before labour courts and criminal courts in cases regarding violation of workers’ rights
  • preparing and negotiating the establishment, transformation or change of the employment relationship (employment contracts, managerial contracts, non-competition agreements, confidentiality agreements)
  • drawing up internal regulations of the employer: anti-mobbing and anti-discrimination procedures, work regulations, and rules regarding remuneration, bonus policy, etc.
  • legal counselling and representation of parties in internal procedures of employers related to the examination of allegations of mobbing and discrimination
  • legal counselling regarding employment restructuring and termination of employment relationships (e.g. collective redundancy plans, preparing statements on termination of employment contracts)
  • advising on proceedings conducted by the labour inspectorate, matters related to accidents at work, relations with trade unions and other workers’ organisations.
